Returns and Refund Policy
If you decide within 30 calendar days from placing your order that you do not want the product, you can return the order for a refund of the product costs. Please follow this process:
- Send us an email to inform us that you are returning products for refund. Include the order number if possible.
- Return the product to us in original unopened condition.
- When we receive the products we will process a refund to your account.
If Australia Post return a parcel to us because they were unable to deliver it, and we are unable to contact you, we will refund the cost of the products to your account.
If you do not receive your refund please contact us and we will supply the information that we have about where the money was sent.
Damaged, incorrect or missing products
If your order contains damaged, incorrect or missing products please send us an email immediately so that we can send you replacement products.
